DJ Fabietto Cataneo

FABIO CATANEO aka FABIETTO, from ITALY, as many others dj’s has begun for fun in parties of his friends circle. In 1981 he first played in a club in Liguria (north of Italy).

He worked in more than 100 discotheques in Italy and other countries. In 1988 he participated at the DMC Italy, and the Walky Cup Competition at the Aquafan in Riccione which was shown on DeeJay Television in 1989 (with Mauro Picotto, Molella and Dj Herbie).

Fabietto began making records in 1992. The first one was KF "Crazy for your love" out on Wicked &Wild lable. The second one was published in April 1995, “X-PLORA” a techno club hit. X-FORM

But it was X-FORM "Pleasure Voyage", in winter 1995-1996, that made him known to the great public. The record was licensed in many countries in Europe, .more than 10.000 records and 100.000 compilations sales.

He mixed “PROGRESSIVA 3” (Zac Music) in 1997 (top ten in Italy) . In the same year he participated at the project “DJ’S UNITED GROOVE VOL 2”, with some of the best italians techno dj's.

Today the records published with differents pseudonyms are more than 30. The greater part was created in his studio the “MAGIC ROOM DIGITAL STUDIO”.

In 1997 he created a label called “FAB RECORDS ”with which he produces his own products and the one of emerging artists.

Some of his projects are SUN FUNK e FUNK SOUL BROTHERS two House production's included in Miss Moneypenny's - The Ibiza Album (see pic); SOUND ON LINE “Creeping” (top ten in Italy and Austria), THE FAB "Strangers in the night" (in collaboraction with Molella and Lancini) and M@D "Welcome" Fabietto Arancione Rmx and the music spot for "Miller" (the beer most sales in the world)

He made 2 italians tours the "Miller Music Tour" in the most important italians city.
